Nancy is working on a series of contemporary adult fiction featuring women finding out how strong they are in the face of betrayal, loss, regrets, struggling kids, and dire diagnoses.  

Middle School Fiction

Sylvia Brickman, Seventh Grade Survivor

Nancy’s middle-school series features twelve-year-old Sylvia Mavis Brickman, brilliant and only child of Wesley and Marsha. She doesn’t fit in and 96% of her classmates agree. She survives the torture chamber which is her private middle school through her Walter Mitty-like ability to imagine herself as one of the feisty, unconventional women she reads about.
